We spent time today looking into more detail about the individual layers and how the players could use them better.  Previously, we just gave them the layers and practiced the “what” and the “why”.  Here we talked more about “when” and “how” you could use the layers in different ways.
This wasn’t a very good practice for the first hour, but that’s probably because we were in the gym at 7:30 am.
