We spent time today looking into more detail about the individual layers and how the players could use them better. ¬†Previously, we just gave them the layers and practiced the “what” and the “why”. ¬†Here we talked more about “when” and “how” you could use the layers in different ways.
This wasn’t a very good practice for the first hour, but that’s probably because we were in the gym at 7:30 am.
