THE Best Players Do it

Playing is the fun part, and it matters, but it's not the real work that it takes to be great.

You need the Reps

In a game, you might get 5-10 shots. In training, you can get 100 times more. Reps matter.

DAILY

Once a week isn't enough. Ask our athletes. It's multiple times a day every day to see true growth.

I Don't Have Time

Make time. If it's important to you, you'll figure it out. If it's not, playing time/scholarships will be hard to come by.

Don't waste your time

Work is good. Working hard is better. Only the 1% work smart. That's where we come in.

Have Fun

It's a game. It's supposed to be fun. if it's not fun, do something else. If you're not getting better, the fun won't last long.
