BUILD THE BASE
Every athlete who walks into Hoops College starts here — or earns the right to skip it. The work in this program is what makes everything that comes later actually work.
Movement Mechanics
Athletic posture, stance, and movement patterns. Before you train hard, you learn to move right. This is what protects you and unlocks every other physical skill.
Mobility
Hips, ankles, shoulders, and thoracic spine. We open up the joints that basketball loads, so you can defend low, finish through contact, and stay healthy.
Body-Weight Strength
Push, pull, squat, hinge, and core — all with body weight first. Build a real foundation before adding load. No barbells until the basics are owned.
Coordination & Balance
The often-skipped piece. Single-leg work, deceleration, and coordinated movement that translates directly to game situations.
Outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
Physical fitness is critical to being the best basketball player possible — and there are different levels of it. These sessions focus on the athlete's ability to be more athletic, in ways that show up directly in games.
Some athletes are more naturally gifted than others. Doesn't matter. Any athlete can improve their strength and stamina if they work at it consistently. The results show up — fast — for athletes who attend regularly.
READY FOR MORE?
Athletes who own the foundation graduate to Advanced S&C — 60-minute sessions with barbell work, plyometrics, and seasonal periodization.
