REFUND & RETURNS

Intro Offers

Intro offer sessions are non-refundable. They're a low-risk way to try us out — if they're not for you, you're only out the intro price. If you can't make your scheduled intro session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

Memberships

Members sign the Hoops College Membership Agreement at registration, which is the controlling document. The rules below summarize how refunds and cancellations work.

• →3-day right of rescission: new members may cancel within 3 days of signing by written notice. Amounts paid are refunded within 30 days, less $50 for facility usage during those 3 days.
• →30-day written cancellation notice is required. Partial months are not permitted. If notice is given on or after the 2nd of the due date, a payment is still due the following month.
• →Monthly dues are non-refundable, except: members who prepaid 6 or more months in advance receive a refund of ½ of the remaining full months, rounded down. (Example: 12 months prepaid, member cancels after 4.5 months → 4.5 months + 30-day notice = 5.5, rounded to 6 months used; remaining 6 months refunded at ½ = 3 months refunded.)
• →Multi-month contracts terminated early by the member: 50% of remaining dues apply as an early-cancellation fee.
• →Fees: $25 late payment (more than 5 days past due), $25 per returned check or declined card, $25 reinstatement fee.
• →Freeze (instead of cancel): up to 3 months/year in one-month increments, $25/month, requested at least 3 working days before the next anniversary date.
• →If we cancel a membership for misconduct or violation of the agreement, refunds are at our discretion.

Training Packages

• →Unused sessions in a package may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus a processing fee.
• →After 14 days, packages are non-refundable but unused sessions can be transferred to another family member with our approval.
• →Sessions expire as stated at purchase — typically within 90 days of the package start date.
• →Medical situations are handled case-by-case with documentation.

Camps & Leagues

• →Full refunds available up to 14 days before the camp or league start date.
• →Within 14 days of start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
• →Once the camp or league has started, payments are non-refundable.
• →If we cancel a camp or league for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Cancellation & No-Shows

• →Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged.
• →Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in the session being charged.
• →No-shows are charged the full session rate.
• →Genuine emergencies are handled with grace — communicate as soon as you can.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, contact us directly first — we will work with you to resolve it. By purchasing a membership, package, or program, you agree not to file a chargeback related to that purchase.

• →Initiating a chargeback in violation of our agreement results in a $100 penalty per chargeback.
• →The client is responsible for all chargeback fees, regardless of whether the chargeback is won or lost.
• →Email [email protected] before disputing a charge — most disputes are resolved within 2 business days.

Merchandise

Hoops College merch now lives on The HC Way. Apparel and gear are fulfilled by Printify; returns and refunds are handled directly through them under their policies. Items damaged in transit or printed incorrectly are eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] or call 980-867-1566 with your order info, the program or item in question, and the reason for the request. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
