Athleticism · Coming Summer 2026
START, STOP,
JUMP, LAND.
Athleticism is a skill. Built from the floor up, taught piece by piece. Forty years of watching what good athletes do that bad athletes don't.
What's Inside
FIVE THINGS
YOU CAN ACTUALLY LEARN.
- ●
Start. Most kids are slow out of a stance because they've never been taught what to feel.
- ●
Stop. Stopping is harder than going. The good ones stop on a dime; the great ones stop and re-accelerate.
- ●
Change direction. Real ones — not cone drills, the kind that show up in a closeout, in a help-and-recover, in the last forty seconds.
- ●
Jump. From two feet, off one, off a step, in a crowd. Off both legs even though only one wants to fire.
- ●
Land. The piece nobody teaches and everybody pays for. Land soft. Land balanced. Land ready to go again.
